We are on our way to yet another Studio Waltz. With a successful Spring Studio Waltz, we are excited to see the start of the next round of art, artists, and art exploration for the autumn.
Take the opportunity to visit and talk with nine (9) well-established local artists at six (6) exciting studio locations in Dunedin and Palm Harbor.
Saturday, November 12th, this free event allows you to meet artists from varying disciplines who will talk with you about their creative process, allow you to view work in progress, and enjoy home studio exhibits. They will have reasonably priced, original works from ceramics to jewelry, paintings, photographs, mosaics, collages, and whimsical sculptures, all available.
Bryan Voliton (who had his first Studio Waltz in March) had a significant shift in his life and will be sharing Evelyn Dufner’s backyard for the exhibition of his most recent pieces.
Donna Plunkett will participate this year with her paper arts and sharing space with Mikell Herrick.
If you have not been on the tour, we have been making an effort to keep the group a bit smaller so that visitors can get to every stop and spend some time discussing, exploring, and observing art! We encourage you to ask questions and engage the artists. There are opportunities to buy work as well at each location.
This will be a fantastic year for work with new pieces available and, in all hopes, wonderful cooler weather. For tour details go to www.studiowaltz.com
